CLIENT GOALS

Centoni collaborated with a fabulous team of architects and interior designers to remodel a half floor condo in San Francisco’s first residential high-rise on top of Nob Hill.

Centoni was hired because of our reputation for attention to operational detail and fine construction quality.

The architects and interior designers on the project created challenging designs that they entrusted Centoni to execute with fine detail and precision using only the highest quality construction materials.

Remodeling in this exclusive residential community demanded rising to the challenges of working in a multi-level building while not disturbing the other residents.

DESIGN SOLUTION

The highlight of the project is the marble fireplace and wall that conceals a television behind operable doors. Centoni’s master builders were able to design a beautiful solution to address the challenges of venting and engineering a functioning fireplace while accommodating the concealed electronics above it.

The result was a fully remodeled, whole-floor condo with a dramatically changed floor plan to accommodate modern living.
